    Picture this: You’re a solo business owner with a fantastic offer, great ideas, amazing opportunities… but you’re stuck trying to connect your business with your soulmate clients. Maybe you don’t even know who your soulmate clients are!


    What exactly is a soulmate client? 

    Now, before I dive into helping you attract your soulmate clients, I want to acknowledge as an entrepreneur, all clients are pretty great. Choosing to support a small business makes you awesome because we work really hard to set ourselves apart and give our clients personal connection, excellent service, and more value than bigger companies (no shade here, just love and respect for us little fish).  

    It’s just that sometimes, you meet a client that strikes a deeper connection than the rest. They are like a mirror of your business’ values, personality, and purpose. And as a solo business owner, finding these clients is both a validating and humbling experience because there is this otherworldly connection and energy that flows within the relationship. Which is why I call them soulmate clients.

    Soulmate clients are connections that feel meant to be. Which, as an entrepreneur, you know makes the work more fulfilling. 


    How do you attract your soulmate clients?

    Soulmate clients make business better, but they don’t just appear out of thin air. They take work, patience, and dedication andthey are so worth it. 

    That said, a lot of what goes into attracting your soulmate clients depends on you and how you show up. 

    Because a soulmate client relationship is built on like-mindedness and like-values, your business needs to resonate and connect with your soulmate clients. 

    To make this happen, your business needs to be aligned in its purpose, vision, and values. Your messaging and services need to be tailored to meeting your soulmate clients’ wants and needs. It’s not about seeing their pain points or problems, but instead offering the solution they didn’t know they needed; being the joy they want to see in their own business while it thrives. 

    And most of all, attracting your soulmate clients demands - yes, I mean demands - that you show up as your authentic self. 

    Alright, fierce eye roll aside at the overuse of the word ‘authentic’ in personal branding, I am serious about showing up as yourself. 

    Why? Because when it comes to attracting your soulmate clients, one of the most important things that you can show them is who you are. You are the representation of your business, your personal brand is a reflection of you. When they work with you, they aren’t working with a faceless company who doesn’t care deeply about them and their success.

    They are working with you and the exceptional, personalized service that you provide. 

    Which is why it’s important to show them exactly who you are, where your expertise lies, what you stand for, and what you can give them when you work together that they will absolutely not be able to get anywhere else. 


    5 tips to help you attract your soulmate clients

    To get you started, here are five tips that will get you started in attracting your soulmate clients. 

    1. Define Your Soulmate Client. Before you can attract your soulmate clients, you need to know who you are looking for. Think about your values, your personality, your business offer, and what’s important to you. Then identify which of those values you are wanting in your soulmate clients. The more specific you are about the things you value in your soulmate clients, the easier it will be for you to visualize who you are wanting to attract. 

    2. Find your Unique Value. Attracting your soulmate clients means you are looking for someone very specific. And that special someone needs to see the awesomeness of you. Make sure that you are clear about what makes working with you special, unique and fun. Knowing what sets you apart will make it easier to attract your soulmate clients, and build like-valued relationships. 

    3. Build a Strong Personal Brand. To attract your soulmate clients, you need a personal brand that resonates with them. This means channelling everything you want your soulmate clients into branding that reflects your personality and your values. This is all in an effort to attract your like-valued and like-minded clients.   

    4. Create Value-driven Content. It doesn’t have to be much, but creating content that is relevant to the needs and dreams of your soulmate client makes it easier to find you, connect with your content, build trust and demonstrate your expertise. 

    5. Grow your Network. Attracting your soulmate clients won’t happen on its own. That’s why it is incredibly important to not only grow your personal brand, deliver high-value content, and define what makes you different, but it’s also important to find yourself a strong network of other entrepreneurs and business owners who could potentially introduce you to your soulmate clients.
